Refund policy

At B Beauti, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
